You know, why is somebody wearing a Santa Suit in Australia in their summertime, anyways?
People say that Christmas is offensive to non-Christians. I say all that evergreen and holly and snow and reindeer and stuff is not Christian at all, but winter stuff from various European ethnic groups throughout history. Thus, it should be offensive to those in the Southern Hemisphere, since their culture is not only not represented, but disdained as "not Christmas-y".
It's hemisphere-centric, if you ask me. Which you didn't. But still.
