Because I'm not sure I can trust your brother to relay the news, next year you should try the Festa di San'Ambrogio in Milan. Excellent orange-flavored doughnuts and roast pork panini...
Yodeling, sausages, shorts all year long... Germans are European hillbillies!
I wanna be there!!!!
WAaaaaahhhhh!

mmmm. yummy raw pork and onion sandwich...
can you bring some back?
ML´s comment gives me an excellent idea for the next Hillbilly Tapas event: pork-flavored doughnuts! Milfie-boots, if you whipped up a bucket of those for next year´s event, I´m confident you´d be in the Rev. good graces toute de suite!
Boner, I don´t think I can get raw pork past the Department of Agriculture´s specially trained wiener-sniffing beagles; sorry. You used to be able to get this stuff at Meyer´s Delicatessen in Lincoln Square, but they woosied out and stopped carrying it a while back, so I´m afraid pork tartare is a DIY affair in Chicago at this point.
